Nerf Vulcan Review

The first thing you will notice about the Nerf Vulcan when you take it out of its box is how substantial it is. The gun itself is quite large and brightly colored in orange and yellow. A number of accessories are included, a removable tripod, ammobelt and ammo. The instructions provided are clear and easy to follow. You should have no problem assembling the blaster in about ten minutes. The blaster has a handle which makes it easy to carry around.

The darts are held in a 25-dart ammobelt, inside an ammobox. The ammobelt feeds through the gun as you fire. It makes you feel just like Rambo. you can carry the gun to fire or place it on its tripod to blast your enemies into submission.

The Nef Vulcan blaster requires six D batteries (not included), once these were installed the 25 dart ammobelt was blasted out in around 10 seconds, shooting the darts about thirty feet across the room. The refill packs that can be purchased separately are a great idea as you can really get through your ammo in auto-fire mode, and the last thing you want to do when battling your enemies is to run out of darts.

The blaster also features a single shot mode for extra precision. You have to pull back a spring loaded lever and then use the trigger release lever to fire the dart, rather than battery power. You can actually fire your darts a slightly greater distance this way than in auto-fire mode.

The Nerf Vulcan EBF-25 features the Nerf Tactical Rail System, allowing it to use most N-Strike accessories, such as the night vision Tactical light accessory for night-time missions.

For those interested in Nerf-fights, the Nerf Vulcan EBF-25 should be in everyone's artillery; the rapid-fire design gives players the advantage when engaging the enemy, and is ideal when it can be used on the back of a moving vehicle, or a stationary setting.
